Bar manager

The Bar Manager is the maestro of mixology, orchestrating a symphony of spirits and crafting a vibe that turns our bar into the ultimate hangout. Responsibilities include curating the drink menu, ordering, managing inventory (counting bottles like a pro), scheduling for the bar staff and leading a team of bartenders with the charisma of a cocktail connoisseur. If you're ready to shake things up and pour your passion into creating a bar experience that leaves patrons saying, "Waow!"—this role is your cocktail shaker to success. You have experience of leading a team and a bar, and if you are not already an organic spirit nerd you are happy to become one! You are a team leader and love a good chat, but you are also responsible for the smooth operation of the bar. You answer to the Restaurant Manager and have a tight collab with the Assistant Restaurant Manager as well, and your amazing bar. For this position you will start the season a bit earlier and leave a bit later.

Bartender

In the bar you meet our fantastic guests, you are a big part of Surflogiet's experience. You are a social, outgoing person who likes meeting people and finds it easy to meet different personalities. You have good knowledge of drinks and cocktails, and you are happy to learn more! In the bar, there is a lot going on all the time, which mean you should be self-driven and a multitasker. Barback/dishwasher

Your job is the lubricant of the business. Your information is important for Surflogiet to function smoothly. You will have varied tasks behind all parts of the place that differ from shift to shift. Your work areas are sorting, marking, dish picking, washing and refilling, etc.
